First things first, if you wish to return your order from us then no problem but please contact a member of our customer services team to discuss the issue in the first instance. We can decide on the best option for you and provide you with a 'returns form'. If the item has been used or damaged in anyway then it will not be eligible for return unless it is covered by a warranty.
Please post returns to the our return address using a secure delivery method, preferably Royal Mail First Class Recorded as it is fast, reliable and has a tracking facility.

If you have lost your invoice, please get in touch with us. If you are outside of the UK, returns procedures vary, please get in touch with us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note all products that are being returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the parcel at your address. Upon receipt of the products at our warehouse we will refund the value of your original goods. All products must be un-opened, unused and in re-saleable condition.
